The Paws 'n' Tea Shop first opened its doors, welcoming both cat and tea lovers in 1995. It was founded by Shawna Dreslock, who's known as "Cat's Best Friend." She wanted to combine her two favorite things with the downtown Kalamazoo area, creating a happy and fun environment for people.

Grab a friend and come on down to the Paws 'n' Tea Shop for an hour or two. You can choose from our variety of homemade teas to sip while you play around with adorable cats. If you're in the mood for a snack, we also bake a bunch of sweet treats you can try.
